90jili download free Billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban believes micromanagement is a sign that something is broken . What To Know: Ofek Lavian , CEO of fintech company Forage , recently posted a thread on X focused on counterintuitive leadership principles. Cuban responded to the thread, noting that he agreed with everything except for the post on micromanaging. "Pretty darn good list. Agree with all but micromanage," Cuban said. "Micromanage early. Trust the process or fix what's broken if you always have to micromanage." CNBC reported Cuban's opinion on micromanaging was formed from personal experience with his former company Broadcast.com. Cuban reportedly micromanaged his employees in his early days as he expected them to match his own work ethic. This created a situation in which Cuban was always focused on pushing employees to be better and work faster without thinking about how he was coming off. "I wish somebody would have told me to be nicer,” Cuban reportedly said on the "Bio Eats World" podcast last year. Cuban recalled one of his business partners pulling him aside and telling him he was scaring some of the employees with his management style. Still, Cuban sold the company to Yahoo for $5.7 billion in stock in 1999. Lavian's post included a link to a video featuring Shopify Inc SHOP co-founder and CEO Tobi Lütke , who argued that the idea of micromanaging is bad is "the dumbest idea on planet Earth." Although Cuban disagreed with the take, Lavian responded to Cuban, thanking him for his input. "I try to hire the right team so I don’t have to micromanage, but I don’t always get it right," Lavian said. "Once I know I can trust someone to get the little things right, I know they can devote the same level of detail and attention for the big ones that truly matter." Stewartville boasted too much talent in too many places to not repeat as state champions on Saturday in the Prep Bowl. The Tigers, seemingly masquerading as a small-school program, culminated an undefeated season with a 43-22 victory against Dassel-Cokato in the Class 3A title game at U.S. Bank Stadium. The defeat was so complete, Stewartville widened its margin of victory enough to warrant the mercy rule for a small portion of the fourth quarter. The win also gave Stewartville (14-0) a second consecutive perfect season, and the program’s 28th consecutive victory. Parker Wangen rushed for a touchdown, caught another and kicked a 25-yard field goal for Stewartville. Dassel-Cokato (11-2), the 2021 3A Champion, could not get off the U.S. Bank Stadium field. The Tigers went 8-for-11 on third down and 1-for-1 on fourth down. Stewartville, which entered the game with seven shutouts this season, allowed only 4.5 points per game entering the championship game.

The Transportation Security Administration has some reminders for those heading to airports during the holidays. “People seem to forget some of the more common and routine steps that they need to take when packing for a flight or when they are going through a checkpoint, perhaps because they’re focused on being at their destination and not focusing on what needs to happen before getting there,” said TSA officer Christopher Kirchein of John F. Kennedy International Airport. “Travelers sometimes ignore the advice that we give them,” said TeaNeisha Barker, a TSA uniformed adviser. “We are providing guidance so that they get through the checkpoint as simply and conveniently as possible. Not every airport has the same technology, so listen to the guidance we are offering.” “Passengers forget that knives and other weapons are not allowed through our checkpoints. It’s shocking to see so many people with knives,” said TSA officer Aisha Hicks of Philadelphia International Airport. “Weapons of any kind are prohibited through a TSA checkpoint.” TSA officers shared this list of the common things that travelers forget and should remember when coming to a security checkpoint. Ten things that travelers need to remember when preparing to go through the security screening process: • Remember that you cannot bring bottles of water, energy drinks, juice, coffee, soda or any filled insulated reusable container through a security checkpoint. However, they can finish their beverage and bring the empty bottle or container with them. • Remember to bring your ID to the checkpoint. • Remember when TSA officers remind you to remove everything from your pockets that it does not only mean metallic items such as keys and mobile phones, but it means everything, including non-metallic items such as tissues, lip balm, breath mints, etc. • Remember that you cannot bring a firearm through a checkpoint. Instead, pack your unloaded firearm in a locked hard-sided case and declare it at your airline check-in counter and the airline will ensure it is transported in the belly of the plane where nobody has access to it. • Remember that you need to remove your shoes when getting screened and then end up barefoot on the floor. It’s probably a good idea to wear socks. • Remember that children 12 and under are allowed to travel through a TSA PreCheck screening lane with a parent who has TSA PreCheck on their boarding pass. In addition, don’t forget that children up to the age of 18 can also come into the TSA PreCheck lane with their parent if they are on the same airline reservation as their parent. • Remember that passengers that appear 12 and under or 75 and older do not need to remove their shoes and light jacket. • Remember, if you are putting a lock on your luggage, make sure it is a TSA compatible lock so that if TSA officers need to open your luggage, they can unlock it and relock it. If the lock is not TSA compliant, TSA officers who need to open your luggage will cut off the lock, rendering it useless. • Remember that you can bring medications through a security checkpoint, even liquid medication. Just let the TSA officer know that you have liquid medication with you so it can be screened separately. • Remember to get a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license sooner rather than later because REAL ID goes into effect on May 7.Nagler Foot Center Offers Top-Notch Bunions Treatment in Houston 12-09-2024 09:16 PM CET | Business, Economy, Finances, Banking & Insurance Press release from: Getnews / PR Agency: Content Hum Image: https://www.getnews.info/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/1733728025.jpg Nagler Foot Center offers top-notch bunion treatment for patients in Houston. The popular Russian bantamweight was keen to make the most of his time with the UFC microphone, calling out champion Merab ‘The Machine’ Dvalishvili for a long-awaited rematch – this time, with UFC gold on the line. Petr Yan calls out champion Merab Dvalishvili after UFC Macau masterclass Aside from a flash knockdown and eating some nasty body shots, Petr Yan put on a flawless performance as he outwrestled and outstruck former flyweight king Deiveson Figueiredo over the course of 25 hard-fought minutes. The judges’ scorecards ultimately read 50-45, 50-45, and 50-45 in favor of ‘No Mercy’, with the official stats page showing that Yan had comprehensively out-landed Figueiredo 121-53 on significant strikes. “I felt that I led in the fight, but you know, anything can happen in the UFC,” Yan stated to Michael Bisping after the totals were announced, a reference to some dubious judging that he’s faced in the past. Yan entered the UFC Macau main event as the #3 ranked bantamweight contender in the world, only behind former champion Sean O’Malley and undefeated phenom Umar Nurmagomedov . Whilst the UFC had been pushing to make Dvalishvili vs Nurmagomedov next, Yan was keen to throw his name into the hat as an alternative option; especially after Dvalishvili had been vocal about his desire to face the man he’d just bested. “Hey guys, before my fight, Merab told that Deiveson Figueiredo was the number one contender who deserved the [next] title fight – I want to say to Merab, what do you say now?! UFC MACAU : ‘King of Kung Fu’ incredibly scores sixth spinning kick KO of his MMA career “When I’ve beaten the number one contender in my division, I want to do a rematch with Merab – let’s get him!” Dvalishvili hasn’t responded directly to the callout, although he was posting throughout the UFC Macau main event: “What a great fight,” he wrote on X , followed by “I’m impressed [by] Petr Yan’s performance tonight.” It wasn’t just Dvalishvili who was impressed by Yan’s performance at UFC Macau, with the wider MMA community also hailing the masterful beatdown on social media. WOW : Unbeaten prospect put to sleep by 10/1 underdog in stunning UFC Macau upset With the win at UFC Macau, Petr Yan improved his professional record to 18-5, he is now riding a two-fight winning streak. Green Juices Market Size, Forecast 2031 by Key Companies-Suja, Bolthouse Farms, V8, Naked Juice, Evolution, Jamba Juice, Juice Press, OdwallaLOS ANGELES (AP) — The Los Angeles Rams faced fourth-and-5 at the Buffalo 35 with a 38-35 lead and just under four minutes to play Sunday in their high-octane showdown with the Bills. Sean McVay is often a conservative coach, and it would not have been surprising to see him try a long field goal, or even punt. He kept his offense on the field, and Matthew Stafford calmly went through his progression before finding Tutu Atwell across the middle for an 11-yard gain that played a major role in the Rams' ability to hold on for a season-altering, 44-42 victory over the powerhouse Bills . “We felt like we needed to make it a two-possession game,” McVay said Monday. “They were rolling. We talked about aggressively going to win that game. ... It was just a reflection of the confidence in that group and what we felt like we needed to do to be able to win the game.” The Rams offense has earned the confidence McVay showed in it at that crucial moment. That unit hasn't always been good this season, entering last weekend rated just 18th in the league, but the Rams finally are mostly healthy heading down the stretch — and Puka Nacua and Kyren Williams are again playing at last season's Pro Bowl level. That was bad news for Buffalo, and it could mean trouble for the rest of the NFC if the Rams (7-6) can keep scoring like this. Los Angeles will hope to keep this offensive momentum on a short week heading to San Francisco on Thursday night. Nacua said it was “fantastic being able to feel like, man, this is what it feels like when the Rams are moving and connecting on all cylinders.” Los Angeles had six scoring drives of at least 65 yards while racking up 457 yards against Buffalo. Stafford had a season-high 320 yards passing, while Nacua had another spectacular game with 162 yards receiving and two touchdowns along with 16 yards rushing and another TD on five carries. Incredibly, it was the Rams’ first 40-point game with Stafford behind center. Thanks to that stellar offensive performance, the Rams are above .500 for the first time all season and just one game back of Seattle (8-5) in the NFC West after winning six of their past eight games. A team that appeared to be headed for a grim season after a 1-4 start is still firmly in the playoff race, also trailing Washington (8-5) by just one game for the final wild-card spot. “It’s cool to be able to play meaningful football in December,” said McVay, who led the Rams to five playoff berths in his first seven seasons. "You never take that for granted.” The offense hummed largely because it went 11 of 15 on third downs. That's the Rams' highest success rate in a game since 2001 — and don't forget that crucial fourth down conversion, either. Few teams can stop Josh Allen, but the Rams' defense didn't come close. The defensive backs particularly struggled, from Darious Williams getting beaten repeatedly in coverage to Quentin Lake's 34-yard pass-interference penalty in the final moments. Two weeks after Philadelphia dropped 481 yards at SoFi Stadium, Buffalo had 445 to push the Rams down to 26th in total defense entering Monday. The Rams' offensive line has struggled mightily at times this season, but it allowed no sacks and just three hits on Stafford while clearing the way for 137 yards rushing. With full health, the line is no longer a liability. Edge rusher Byron Young had a rough outing that included two penalties on Buffalo's first drive — an egregious late hit on Allen and a defensive offside that negated a 2-yard Bills loss on second down from the LA 1. The Rams' overall defensive discipline was repeatedly poor, and it cost them. CB Cobie Durant has a bruised lung, McVay revealed Monday. The Rams are uncertain whether it will prevent him from playing Thursday. Durant has started all 13 games this season. ... WR Demarcus Robinson sprained his shoulder against Buffalo, but kept playing. 1 — The numbers of NFL games played with two teams scoring at least 40 points and making no turnovers. The Rams and Bills made history. The 49ers haven't been this vulnerable in four years, but Kyle Shanahan has had McVay's number throughout their careers — notwithstanding the Rams' 27-24 comeback win in September when both teams' top offensive playmakers were all injured. Home | Malema warns against factionalism, disunity ahead of EFF conference EFF President Julius Malema says factionalism, disunity and disloyalty will not be tolerated ahead of the party’s third National People’s Assembly (NPA) to be held in Johannesburg next month. Malema was speaking during the EFF Limpopo’s provincial assembly in Westernburg near Polokwane. Party delegates from various regions across the country will elect new leadership during the national conference. Formed in 2013, the EFF is facing what many call the most turbulent period since its inception. The last couple of months have seen party heavyweights such as Floyd Shivambu and Dali Mpofu leave the party for the Jacob Zuma-led MK Party. Recently, prominent party member and MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi has also been said to be facing an uncertain future in the party. He has allegedly been barred from contesting leadership positions in the upcoming conference. Malema says members must refrain from engaging in behaviour that sow divisions in the party. “If you keep quiet when your name is used to divide and undermine the integrity of the organisation, your name shall be disqualified from contesting for any position in the organisation. While people do wrong things in your name you must be able to stand up and say not in my name,” says Malema. Malema also urged candidates to remain loyal to the party even if they are not elected during the NPA. “Loyalty to the organisation means that members will remain active members even when they are removed from their positions of responsibility; loyalty means members of the organisation will not join in the opposition and opponent forces who unfairly criticises the organisation and its leadership,” he says. Malema has further discouraged the use of social media platforms to lobby for votes and discredit fellow red berets. Further in his address, Malema indicated that the party may disband its Student Command to form a youth wing. Meanwhile, Limpopo EFF leader Lawrence Mapoulo says the provincial structure has several proposals that they will present to the executive leadership for consideration. According to Mapoulo, they want the EFF national leadership to address some serious issues that are affecting the party. “Our main focus currently, especially on the amendments of the constitution, and also the question of redesign of our structures. We have several proposals that we will be presenting to the delegates for their observations and rectification so that when we go to the NPA as a province, we can be able to make proper submissions which will be able to build the organisation,” he says. The EFF will hold its elective conference from the 13th to the 15th of December at Nasrec, in Johannesburg.
