(“Source” or the “Company”) ( ) is pleased to announce that it has completed a comprehensive refinancing of its credit facilities by entering into a new five year $135 million (USD) term loan (the “Term Loan”) with Silver Point Finance, LLC (“Silver Point”) and a new $40 million (CND) revolving asset-backed loan (“CIBC ABL”) facility with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”). The King and the Prime Minister have paid tribute to Jimmy Carter following the former US president’s death on Sunday aged 100. In a message to the American people, the King expressed “great sadness” at the news of Mr Carter’s death, describing him as “a committed public servant” who “devoted his life to promoting peace and human rights”. Men lose 17 minutes of life with every one smoked, while a woman’s life is cut short by 22 minutes per cigarette, experts have estimated. This is an increase on previous estimates, which suggested each cigarette shortens a smoker’s life by 11 minutes. The new figures are based on more up-to-date results from studies tracking the health of the population. Researchers from University College London said that the harm caused by smoking was ‘cumulative’ and the sooner a person stopped smoking, the longer they would live. The analysis, commissioned by the Department for Health and Social Care, suggests that if a smoker who smokes ten cigarettes a day quits on January 1, then by January 8 they could ‘prevent the loss of a full day of life’. NEW YORK - A woman who lost her jaw after being caught in a crossfire in Ukraine can smile again thanks to transformative surgery in New York. Anastasiia Polukhanovic, 24, was unable to smile, eat, and was barely able to speak. Doctors at Northwell Staten Island University Hospital used 3-D technology and bone from her leg to put a smile on her face again. "Once the war broke out I was in communication with surgeons finding out how can I help," Dr. David Hoffman said. "Found many patients needed surgery." "When she came to us, there was no chewing. She wasn't able to eat anything. It was hard to speak," Dr. Lydia Lamb said. "We used bone from the patient's own body and you bring it up to the area you need to reconstruct. You contour it. You basically shape it to be a new mandible, and then you hook it up to blood vessels in the neck," Dr. Michael Blasco said. "Looking back, I just remember how I would look at myself in the mirror and I would cry," she said through a translator. "She was at the point where basically the lower half of her face was severely deformed, and she didn't really have - she had no teeth. She had no ability to get teeth at that point, and really poor oral function," Blasco said. War may have taken her smile, but surgery brought it back. "She healed beautifully," Lamb said. Her final surgery will be in March. She's expected to go back home to Ukraine with her family in April. PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Nick Sirianni wore the hat given to NFC East champions as he sat at the podium and considered all the greatness that his Eagles still could accomplish this season. Personal goals, sure. Saquon Barkley has Eric Dickerson's NFL rushing record in sight. Team goals, absolutely. There are playoff games and a Super Bowl to try and win — and this Philadelphia team sure plays like one that could win it all. “It’s cool, I’m not going to downplay it," Barkley said of the division crown. “At the end of the day, you’re not getting remembered for being a 2024 NFC East division champ.” Barkley rushed for 167 yards to top 2,000 on the season , backup quarterback Kenny Pickett ran and threw for scores before departing with injured ribs, and the Eagles clinched the division title by routing the Dallas Cowboys 41-7 on Sunday. Barkley has 2,005 yards and needs 101 in next week's mostly meaningless regular-season finale to top Dickerson and his 2,105 yards for the Los Angeles Rams in 1984. The Eagles (13-3) led 24-7 in the third quarter when Pickett was drilled by defensive end Micah Parsons, ending his first start in place of the concussed Jalen Hurts. Tanner McKee, a career third-stringer, entered the game and the Eagles finished the drive with a field goal. McKee later threw two TD passes, a 20-yarder to A.J. He came into Saturday's game with 74 receptions for 911 yards and nine touchdowns as a receiver and 23 total tackles, eight passes defended, and three interceptions on defense. He's added to his offensive totals with six receptions for 115 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's game against Kansas. He's a top-tier talent and there's a reason why he's projected to go top five in the 2025 NFL Draft. College GameDay's Desmond Howard even said during College GameDay that Hunter is in "pole position" to win the Heisman. "Travis Hunter is in the pole position when it comes to Heisman candidates. Kansas has a big opportunity to play spoiler to Colorado's Big 12 title hopes. If Colorado loses this game, it will suffer a brutal blow for that conference title.
