jili super ace mod apk The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Yucatán, through its Specialized Unit for Domestic Animal Abuse Crimes, has become a national benchmark in combating animal cruelty. Led by Aarón Castillo Cabrera, the unit investigates and punishes cases of abuse and cruelty against domestic animals in accordance with the Yucatán Penal Code, with sentences ranging from six months to 10 years in prison, depending on the severity of the crime. In recent weeks, cases of violence towards animals have been reported in the state, most recently in Ixil and Peto. The unit investigates acts of intentional violence against animals, such as death or abuse, as well as abandonment and zoophilia. Complaints also address neglect, such as abandonment on public roads, lack of food or water, or exposure to extreme conditions like being tied up in the sun. In response to each complaint, the unit’s team mobilizes experts and personnel from the forensic veterinary service to the scene. Castillo Cabrera emphasized the importance of these reports for prevention, as animal cruelty should be considered a red flag in any society. The Prosecutor’s Office maintains that individuals who commit acts of violence against animals may eventually exhibit similar behaviors toward vulnerable people, such as children, the elderly, or others in disadvantaged situations. “The investigation of animal cruelty is carried out ex officio in Yucatán. Any citizen aware of an act of violence against animals can file a formal complaint with the prosecutor’s office,” Castillo Cabrera said in an interview on the FGE’s social networks. The conduct investigated ranges from intentional harm to negligence affecting pets, such as leaving them without water or food, which is also considered cruelty. One of the most serious crimes the unit deals with is dog fighting, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. Castillo Cabrera stressed that anyone participating in such events, even if not the owner of the animals, can be prosecuted for simply being there. In addition to central offices, citizens can file complaints at peripheral units and agencies of the Public Prosecutor’s Office located throughout the state. Although social networks allow citizens to make cases of abuse visible, Castillo Cabrera clarified that such publications do not constitute formal complaints. For a complaint to be effective, the complainant must provide accurate information, such as the location of the incident and details about the affected animal, to facilitate the investigation and allow for efficient action. Yucatán has distinguished itself by having a specialized unit for this type of crime, unlike other entities where cases of animal abuse are usually considered only administrative offenses. The Yucatecan unit has received requests for advice from other states, such as Aguascalientes, interested in replicating its model for investigating and punishing animal cruelty. Castillo Cabrera called on Yucatecan society to remain vigilant and report any act of animal abuse. He stressed the importance of citizens making these complaints consciously, as accurate information is necessary to open an effective investigation.MAP Meeting Evolves into MedSpa Pro, Builds Momentum for Record-Breaking 2025

TEHRAN – Iran’s post-revolution military strategy has focused on two key pillars: strengthening its indigenous defense capabilities and supporting like-minded actors challenging Western imperialism. The development of missile and drone technology, fueled by sanctions restricting arms imports, reflects the former. The latter is evident in Tehran's backing of the "Axis of Resistance," a network sometimes referred to as "forward defense" by Western analysts. Jacob Nagel and Mark Dubowitz, writing for the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD), a Washington think tank with a pro-Israel policy and alleged involvement in assisting the U.S. with anti-Iran sanctions, have published an article outlining methods to “defeat” Iran. The article has a clear bias toward Israel and fails to address facts on the ground. The core idea of the piece is based on advice to Israel to shift its supposed policy of “survival” to an offensive one. The article frames Israel’s genocidal actions in West Asia as “self-defense” and urges even more violence from the regime. Israel’s war on Gaza and Lebanon has claimed tens of thousands of lives. Yet, the article echoes Israeli claims that the Resistance Axis is responsible for the devastating situation in the region. The reality is this: since Israel's creation in 1948, a pattern of land grabs, oppression, and killings has persisted. The current situation was not shaped in a vacuum. Nagel and Dubowitz celebrate Israel's supposed victories against Hezbollah, Hamas, and other Resistance groups, yet these groups remain active. Hezbollah has maintained its military capabilities despite the assassination of late leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and other top Lebanese commanders. The group continued to target deep inside occupied Palestine until the last moments before a ceasefire came into effect on Wednesday, and its military arsenal remains largely intact. In the Gaza front, Israel has no “day after” plan, and occupying the territory and building settlements is not a viable option for Tel Aviv due to several reasons including global pressure. Also appointing the Palestinian Authority as a governing body for Gaza is not practical. The Palestinian Authority lacks popular support and is unlikely to be able to govern Gaza without Hamas's involvement. The article backs the idea of attacking Iranian nuclear sites as the newly elected president of the U.S. strongly supports Israel. Despite the questionable capability of Israel to destroy Iranian sites, any attack on these facilities will completely wipe out the possibility of diplomacy in this field. Possible attacks coupled with more economic pressure on Iran will only hasten the process of militarization of the country’s nuclear program. As seen over the years, more economic pressure on Iran will only raise the levels of uranium enrichment in the country keeping it away from the negotiating table. Also, U.S. direct involvement in any anti-Iran strike will make Washington’s military bases and personnel in the region a legitimate target. Regional countries as seen in the Iranian retaliation against Israel are trying their best to skirt the Tehran-Tel Aviv confrontation. Iran has chosen the path of diplomacy with its Arab neighbors mainly Saudi Arabia through China’s mediation. It seems that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in its modernization drive, has incorporated an assessment of the risks associated with potential conflict with Iran and its allies, including the targeting of Saudi oil infrastructure. This approach towards de-escalation appears to be emulated by other Persian Gulf states. China, meanwhile, appears to be pursuing not only economic objectives in the region but also aims to provide an alternative to U.S. influence in West Asia. Furthermore, any major crisis will disrupt oil exports from the region, a factor which more than any other global actor affects China. The authors then propose targeting Iranian nuclear scientists and military officials, a tactic employed by the U.S. and Israel in the past decades with very limited success. Despite such assassinations, Iran quickly replaced personnel, and its nuclear program and broader confrontation with the West continued unabated. One of the major remedies that the authors offer Israel in the face of Iran is support for anti-Tehran groups including terrorists, separatists, and foreign-based opposition groups. Nagel and Dubowitz urge Western nations to support “Iranian people” in facing the state. However, since the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the U.S. and its allies have been supporting these groups but to no avail. In recent years several protests have taken place in Iran with direct and indirect support of the collective West. However, none have resulted in the West’s desired “regime change”. That’s because the groups Western countries are continuously backing have no credibility among Iranian citizens due to direct allegiance to global powers. The “maximum pressure” policy on Tehran by the states who want to stand with the “people of Iran” has also failed to push citizens to confront the government. All the prescriptions in the article have been tested and repeatedly failed in recent decades.

Andy Murray is to take over as coach for his old rival Novak Djokovic at the Australian Open. Here, the PA news agency looks at the seven Grand Slam finals contested by the pair. Murray turned in a poor performance in Melbourne, failing at the third attempt to win a set in a Grand Slam final as Djokovic broke serve seven times and hit six aces to claim a comprehensive win 6-4 6-2 6-3. “You had an unbelievable tournament and deserved to win,” the Scot said in reference to his opponent. “I look forward to playing against you in the future.” It took five sets for Murray to claim his first Grand Slam title, becoming the first British man to achieve the feat since Fred Perry in 1936. The final clocked in at four hours and 54 minutes as Murray prevailed 7-6 (10) 7-5 2-6 3-6 6-2 to end a wait of 287 tournaments in British male tennis for a victory. “I want to congratulate Andy on his first grand slam, he thoroughly deserves it,” said Djokovic. “I really tried my best. I gave it my all. It was a tremendous match.” Congrats @DjokerNole . Incredible athlete. Perfect gentleman. #ausopen — judy murray (@JudyMurray) January 27, 2013 Murray was dogged by injury in Melbourne with a heavily strapped right foot and a tight hamstring as Djokovic fought back from a set down to land a third consecutive Australian Open title, 6-7 (2) 7-6 (3) 6-3 6-2. “His record here is incredible,” said Murray. ”Very few people have managed to do what he has done, a deserved champion.” Murray ended a 77-year wait for a British men’s victory at Wimbledon by defeating his old foe 6-4, 7-5, 6-4 in SW19, serving emphatically with nine aces and only two double faults to throw off the weight of history. The Scot had been 4-1 down in the second set as the match threatened to slip away from him and with it the chance to cement his place in tennis folklore, but having wasted three championship points he finally sealed the deal when Djokovic drove into the net with his final shot. A post shared by Novak Djokovic (@djokernole) Djokovic triumphed 7-6 (5) 6-7 (4) 6-3 6-0 and after the 24 matches and five grand slam finals the pair had played against each other across nine years, the Serb had established a 16-8 overall lead and 3-2 in slam finals. “Success is being happy,” said Murray. “It’s not about winning every single tournament you play, because that isn’t possible.” What a journey. Really grateful for everything. I'll keep working hard. Love is the key! pic.twitter.com/CrT7TYRL3O — Novak Djokovic (@DjokerNole) January 31, 2016 The Serb landed a fourth win over Murray in Australian Open finals and his 11th in 12 matches to land his 11th major title, whilst the Scot made it five consecutive final losses in Melbourne, a new record in the Open era. “I feel like I’ve been here before,” said Murray after a 6-1 7-5 7-6 (3) loss. “Congratulations Novak, six Australian Opens, an incredible feat, and incredible consistency the last year.” "This is something that’s so rare in tennis... it’s gonna take a long time for it to happen again" Andy to Novak ❤️ pic.twitter.com/LN7dW8ZJED — Roland-Garros (@rolandgarros) June 5, 2016 This was Murray’s first final at Roland Garros but it brought a familiar conclusion as Djokovic triumphed against him for the fifth time in seven Grand Slam finals. The 3-6 6-1 6-2 6-4 success was a first win for the Serb in Paris and saw him hold all four slams simultaneously. Murray went on to win Wimbledon the following month and was voted BBC Sports Personality of the Year but, addressing Djokovic in Paris, said: “This is his day today. What he’s achieved the last 12 months is phenomenal, winning all four of the grand slams in one year is an amazing achievement.”Control Towers Market Optimizing Supply Chain Visibility with Advanced Analytics Solutions 11-23-2024 12:07 PM CET | IT, New Media & Software Press release from: SkyQuest Technology Group Control Towers Market In recent years, the global Control Towers Market has witnessed a dynamic shift, influenced by changing consumer preferences, technological advancements, and a growing emphasis on sustainability. Mr Bayrou, 73, a crucial partner in Macron’s centrist alliance, has been a well-known figure in French politics for decades. His political experience is seen as key in efforts to restore stability as no single party holds a majority at the National Assembly. Mr Macron’s office said in a statement that Mr Bayrou “has been charged with forming a new government”. During the handover ceremony, Mr Bayrou said that “no one knows the difficulty of the situation better” than he does. “I’ve taken reckless risks all along my political life to raise the issue of debt and deficits in the most important elections,” he said. France is under pressure from the European Union’s executive body and financial markets to reduce its colossal debt, estimated to reach 6% of its gross domestic product this year. “I know that the risks of difficulties are much greater than the chances of success,” Mr Bayrou said, adding that he hopes to lead the country towards a “needed reconciliation”. “I think this is the only possible path to success,” he said. The new prime minister is expected to hold talks with political leaders from various parties in the coming days in order to choose new ministers. Former prime minister Michel Barnier resigned last week following a no-confidence vote prompted by budget disputes in the National Assembly, leaving France without a functioning government. Mr Macron in an address to the nation vowed to remain in office until his term ends in 2027. Mr Macron’s centrist alliance does not have a majority in parliament and Mr Bayrou’s Cabinet will need to rely on moderate lawmakers from the left and the right to be able to stay in power. Some conservatives are expected to be part of the new government. Mr Macron’s strategy aims at preventing far-right leader Marine Le Pen from holding “make or break” power over the government. Ms Le Pen helped oust Mr Barnier by joining her National Rally party’s forces to the left to pass the no-confidence motion last week. Mr Bayrou’s appointment is also in line with Mr Macron’s efforts to build a non-aggression pact with the Socialists so that they commit not to vote against the government in any future confidence motion. Mr Bayrou leads the centrist Democratic Movement, known as MoDem, which he founded in 2007. In 2017, he supported Mr Macron’s first presidential bid and became a weighty partner in the French president’s centrist alliance. At the time, he was appointed justice minister, but he quickly resigned from the government amid an investigation into the MoDem’s alleged embezzlement of European Parliament funds. Mr Bayrou this year was cleared in the case by a Paris court, which found eight other party officials guilty and sentenced the party to pay a fine. Mr Bayrou became well known to the French public when he was education minister from 1993 to 1997 in a conservative government. He was three times a candidate for president: in 2002, 2007 and 2012.Activists say Mexican authorities have broken up 2 migrant caravans heading to the USNo. 22 Xavier faces South Carolina St., eyes rebound from lone loss

NoneAfter a thrilling double-overtime win over Fresno State, California Baptist makes the nearly 2,500-mile trip to Orlando to face Central Florida on Sunday. The Lancers (5-3) capped their time at the Acrisure Holiday Invitational in Palm Springs, Calif., with an 86-81 victory over the Bulldogs on Wednesday. That followed a last-second, 79-77 loss to SMU the day before. Dominique Daniels Jr. played 45 minutes against Fresno State and led California Baptist with 29 points. He paces the Lancers with 20.3 points per game, while Kendal Coleman averages 15.1 points and is shooting 59.7 percent form the floor. However, coach Rick Croy's team has struggled from 3-point range, shooting just 30.7 percent entering its first true road game this season. UCF (5-2) is coming off of an 84-76 win over Milwaukee last Wednesday despite being outrebounded 41-31. The Knights were helped by the heroics of senior guard Darius Johnson, who had 28 points as he shot a career-best 8-for-10 from beyond the arc. "Darius was terrific," UCF coach Johnny Dawkins said. "He's so comfortable in his leadership role now, he's leading our team and running the show, and our new players are becoming more comfortable playing with him. He's been a rock for us this season, and you love to see it out of a senior point guard." "I had an extraordinary night shooting the ball from three," Johnson said. "I rarely think that would happen again, but it's great. I know my teammates are going to have nights like that as well." Johnson is among the nation's leaders in minutes per game (36.6) and is shooting a team-high 50 percent from 3-point range (23 of 46). He, along with his fellow guard Jordan Ivy-Curry, are each averaging 16.9 points to lead UCF. The Knights opened the season with an impressive win over Texas A&M, now No. 20 in the AP poll, but lost both games at last weekend's Greenbrier Tip-Off, including a triple-overtime defeat against LSU on Sunday. UCF has not reached the NCAA Tournament since 2018-19. This will be the first meeting between the Knights and the Lancers, who will each have time off afterwards. UCF won't play until Dec. 8 against Tarleton State, while California Baptist is idle until its Dec. 11 game at San Diego State. --Field Level Media

Each week, Yardbarker is monitoring the 2025 NFL Draft, scheduled for April 24-26 in Green Bay. From Colorado's two-way star to Kansas' explosive running back, here are five players we are tracking: Will Colorado WR/CB Travis Hunter still be a two-way star in the NFL? Hunter — Tankathon's No. 1 prospect — recently announced he will enter the 2025 NFL Draft and wants to keep playing both ways in the NFL. "Hunter has terrific endurance, and I think he could play both ways in some capacity," wrote ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr . Monday. "He will likely have a primary position in the NFL but get sprinkled on the other side of the ball for specific packages in certain looks, especially at the end of games." Hunter (6-foot-1, 185 pounds) has excelled at both positions. In 11 games, he has career highs in touchdown catches (11) and passes defended (nine). Still, the team that drafts him probably won't play him extensively at wide receiver and cornerback. Per Pro Football Focus , he has played on 1,301 offensive and defensive snaps this season. That snap count may exhaust him throughout a 17-game NFL regular season. Would Miami QB Cam Ward be a perfect fit for this NFC East team? The Giants seem to be interested in the Hurricanes QB, who leads the FBS in TD passes (34 in 11 games). According to Fox Sports' Jordan Schultz , the Giants and several other teams watched Miami's Week 13 home game vs. Wake Forest, and Ward was a "key focus." The Athletic's Dane Brugler thinks the Giants should take Ward (6-foot-2, 223 pounds) if they're targeting a QB. "With his arm talent and elusiveness in the pocket, Ward is an exciting player who can keep plays alive and sling the ball to every inch of the field," wrote Brugler in a Wednesday roundtable. The Giants must find a franchise QB after recently releasing Daniel Jones. Scouting Ward early in the draft process to determine if he's the guy is smart and not unexpected. Where does WR Emeka Egbuka rank among former Ohio State stars? Ohio State has produced multiple star wideouts in recent years, including Garrett Wilson of the New York Jets and Jaxon Smith-Njigba of the Seattle Seahawks. The Athletic's Nick Baumgardner suggested Egbuka could be better than both in his Tuesday column. "He's not the most athletic receiver the Buckeyes have ever had. There have been flashier players who've made bigger splashes, to be sure," wrote Baumgardner. "But when the smoke clears, there'll be no receiver in the storied history of Ohio State's program who has been a more complete football player than Egbuka." In four seasons with the Buckeyes, he's second in program history in receptions (180), fifth in receiving yards (2,549) and is tied for eighth in TD catches (23). Egbuka (6-foot-1, 205 pounds) could continue to show why he's one of the class' top WRs in Saturday's home game vs. Michigan. The Buckeyes — No. 2 in the College Football Playoff rankings — aim to snap a three-game losing streak to their rival. Kansas RB Devin Neal is a late riser Neal (5-foot-11, 215 pounds) finished with 287 yards (207 rushing and 80 receiving) and four TDs (three rushing and one receiving) in a 37-21 Week 13 upset over Colorado. "What stands out most about Neal is how skilled he is in setting up missed tackles," wrote Brugler Tuesday. "He probably won't be one of the top testers in the pre-draft process, but his ability to read pursuit angles, make a cut and leave defenders off balance is what makes him productive." Neal's productivity may alleviate potential concerns about his athleticism. Through 11 games, he ranks 17th in the FBS (1,133) in rushing yards and is tied for 10th in rushing TDs (15). Texas LT Kelvin Banks Jr. could showcase skills in rivalry game On Tuesday , Banks was named an Outland Trophy finalist, awarded to the best interior O- or D-lineman in college football. The nomination strengthens his case as one of the top prospects in the class. On his updated big board, PFF's Trevor Sikkema rated Banks (6-foot-4, 320 pounds) as his No. 2 OT behind LSU's Will Campbell. According to PFF, the Longhorns standout has allowed just one sack in 11 games. Banks will play a pivotal role in No. 3 Texas' road game against No. 20 Texas A&M on Saturday. The Aggies defense features a potential first-rounder in edge-rusher Nic Scourton, who has 14 tackles for loss and five sacks in 11 games. While the matchup could be challenging for Banks, it should give him another opportunity to boost his stock.

UCF and Tulsa will test their mettle against each other on Saturday afternoon in the Orange Bowl Basketball Classic in Sunrise, Fla. The Knights will make their first appearance in the event since recording a two-point loss to Missouri in 2022, while Tulsa's last trip to the Orange Bowl Classic was a loss to Florida State in 2012. UCF (7-2) may have something to prove being away from Addition Financial Arena. The Knights are 7-0 at home, whereas a November trip to the Greenbrier Tip-Off in West Virginia produced an 86-70 loss to Wisconsin and a triple-overtime setback against LSU. The Knights relied heavily on their defense in Sunday's 66-51 win over Tarleton State. After a sluggish start offensively, UCF found its rhythm during a 37-point second half. Jordan Ivy-Curry finished with a game-high 16 points and freshman center Moustapha Thiam collected 10 points, nine rebounds and six blocks. UCF's Big 12 opener draws closer (at Texas Tech, Dec. 31), but head coach Johnny Dawkins remains focused on daily improvement. "I feel a sense of urgency to get better, not with regards to Big 12 play to be quite frank, but every game," Dawkins said. "I don't look too far in the future. Pretty much I've always been in the moment as a player and as a person, and so for me it's about just getting better because it's our standards." Tulsa (4-6) looks to stop a three-game slide following a 70-66 home loss to Southern University last Saturday. Keaston Willis scored in double figures for the sixth time this season, netting a season-high 23 points off the bench. But Isaiah Barnes, one of three Golden Hurricane players to start all 10 games, was injured in the first half and played only eight minutes. To complicate matters, head coach Eric Konkol's team is 0-6 when trailing at halftime. "We got to get some guys healthy that can be healthy for next Saturday (against UCF)," Konkol said. "We got a couple other guys dealing with some different things, but then (also) having some planning to figure out what's the best way going forward for this group." --Field Level MediaMr Bayrou, 73, a crucial partner in Macron’s centrist alliance, has been a well-known figure in French politics for decades.
