haha777 online gaming casino Personal 3D printers have become more accessible than ever, with various brands offering all kinds of models . Even if you can only make things out of plastic filament , the fact that you can create solid objects and elaborate constructs where once there was nothing is absolutely incredible in the grand scheme of things. To have such power in the comfort of your home can almost be a paralyzing prospect — when you've got that kind of functionality readily available to you, how could you possibly decide what to do with it? Before you decide to create some kind of world-saving robot with your 3D printer, though, you might want to start with some humbler goals. A 3D printer can be used to create all kinds of nifty gadgets and gizmos, after all, and if there were ever a place that could always use more gadgets and gizmos, it's your own home. With a big spool of filament and some crafty ingenuity, you'd be surprised what kind of cool things you could print, whether it's practical household helpers or just some neat junk to give your living space a little zing. The best way to really make a living space reflective of its owner is to fill it up with nifty tchotchkes and knick-knacks. A little statue on a shelf here, a framed photograph there, and suddenly an empty room looks like a lived-in space. However, even if you have fairly loose stylistic requirements, you might not always be able to find knick-knacks that meet your stylistic requirements in a store. As the old saying goes, if no one will sell it to you, just make it yourself. With a 3D printer, you can create just about any knick-knack your heart desires. Make a festive frame for your favorite family photo, a weird little holder for your work pens and pencils , or just a silly-looking statue to serve as a talking point on the coffee table. 3D printing gives you the flexibility to print just about any simple construct, and crafting simple things in this way is also a great way to practice using your 3D printer . Whether you're using pre-made printing files you find online or designing something from scratch, it's a nice low-stakes way to get acquainted with the printing process. Just about any stationary object in your home has a nonzero chance of being jostled around on a regular basis, and in some cases, you would really rather they not be. Whether you've got a bicycle that keeps falling over or a water dispenser in your fridge that doesn't slide far enough, these are both problems that can be solved with the help of a 3D printer. With a bit of measurement and tinkering, you can create all kinds of helpful mounts to keep tools, appliances, and other assorted objects nice and steady. In the case of a falling bicycle, for example, you can print a simple wall mount tailored to your bicycle's exact dimensions. All you need is an anchoring point to secure the dowels to the wall, and you've got a perfect rack to keep your bicycle suspended safely off the ground. Or, in the case of the refrigerator water dispenser, you can print a platform to raise it slightly off the shelf so it can safely slide out and dispense water. These are just a couple of examples of stabilizing, elevating mounts you can create with little trouble using your 3D printer. Here's an annoying scenario: the batteries in your TV remote die, and you need to replace them. You pop off the back cover and swap the batteries out, only to find that the cover has spontaneously vanished. Maybe you dropped it behind the couch without realizing it, or maybe the dog made off with it; whatever the cause, you've got a remote with exposed batteries on your hands. It's neither smart nor safe to leave the batteries hanging out like that, but how are you supposed to cover them up without the cover? Once again, it's your 3D printer to the rescue. By taking measurements of your remote, particularly noting any points where the cover was secured in place, you can create a near-exact duplicate of the lost cover using a 3D printer. This does require some skill with a caliper and a 3D modeling program, but the payoff is an immediate cover replacement rather than needing to call the remote manufacturer for one. In a similar vein, a 3D printer can also be used to create protective covers for small charging cables that have begun to fray. Rather than leaving those wires exposed, you can create a fitted shell to keep them held in place and protected from the elements. Let's say you've just popped a fresh bag of popcorn for movie night, but can't find a good bowl to keep it in. A regular dinner bowl is usually too small for a full bag of popcorn, but you can't seem to track down a well-sized bowl to fit all of it. If you frequently find yourself lacking in good snack-handling options, then rather than spending an hour browsing at a store, why not make the perfect bowl yourself? Whether with pre-made designs or from scratch, you can create perfect snack bowls and plates for any entertaining occasion. Not only will they be perfectly sized for the volume of snacks you're consuming, but you can also put fun spins on them, like a skull-shaped bowl for holding Halloween candy . Just remember that this trick is best only used for dry snacks like chips, M&Ms, nuts, or popcorn, as the plastic material may not be safe to use with hot meals. Double-check the filament you're using to ensure it's FDA-approved for food contact safety. Here's a fun fact: most action figures are made of simple composite parts, molded separately before being fitted together. Considering that, it's actually quite possible to make similar toys with your 3D printer by printing the parts onto runners and assembling them afterward. They might not be as detailed as what you'd get from the toy store or have all the wacky features built in, but you can still make some pretty cool toys from scratch. For example, by printing in flexible joints, you can create cute and nifty animals like a T-Rex or a shark that offer a degree of posing ability while also being able to withstand the rigors of playtime. Or, if you want something a little more dramatic, you can create a dynamic, fully poseable action figure from composite printed parts. After you make the main figure, you can also print accessories like armor and weapons if you want. These toys make great spur-of-the-moment gifts for the young and young-at-heart, as well as a fun way to get your kids involved with your 3D printing hobby.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau returned home Saturday after his meeting with Donald Trump without assurances the president-elect will back away from threatened tariffs on all products from the major American trading partner. Trump called the talks “productive” but signaled no retreat from a pledge that Canada says unfairly lumps it in with Mexico over the flow of drugs and migrants into the United States. After the leaders’ hastily arranged dinner Friday night at Trump's Mar-a-Lago club in Florida, Trudeau spoke of “an excellent conversation” but offered no details. Trump said in a Truth Social post later Saturday that they discussed “many important topics that will require both Countries to work together to address.” For issues in need of such cooperation, Trump cited fentanyl and the “Drug Crisis that has decimated so many lives as a result of Illegal Immigration," fair trade deals "that do not jeopardize American Workers” and the U.S. trade deficit with its ally to the north. Trump asserted that the prime minister had made “a commitment to work with us to end this terrible devastation” of American families from fentanyl from China reaching the United States through its neighbors. The U.S., he said, “will no longer sit idly by as our Citizens become victims to the scourge of this Drug Epidemic.” The Republican president-elect has threatened to impose a 25% tax on all products entering the U.S. from Canada and Mexico as one of his first executive orders when he takes office in January. U.S. customs agents seized 43 pounds of fentanyl at the Canadian border last fiscal year, compared with 21,100 pounds at the Mexican border. On immigration, the U.S. Border Patrol made 56,530 arrests at the Mexican border in October alone and 23,721 arrests at the Canadian border between October 2023 and September 2024 — and Canadian officials say they are ready to make new investments in border security. Trudeau called Trump after the Republican's social media posts about the tariffs last Monday and they agreed to meet, according to a official familiar with the matter who was not authorized to publicly discuss detail of the private talks. The official said other countries are calling Canadian officials to hear how about how the meeting was arranged and to ask for advice. Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, after speaking with Trump on the telephone, said Thursday she was confident a tariff war with Washington would be averted. At the dinner that was said to last three hours, Trump said he and Trudeau also discussed energy, trade and the Arctic. A second official cited defense, Ukraine, NATO, China, the Mideast, pipelines and the Group of Seven meeting in Canada next year as other issues that arose. Trump, during his first term as president, once called Trudeau “weak” and “dishonest,” but it was the prime minister who was the first G7 leader to visit Trump since the Nov. 5 election. "Tariffs are a crucial issue for Canada and a bold move was in order. Perhaps it was a risk, but a risk worth taking,” Daniel Béland, a political science professor at McGill University in Montreal. Trudeau had said before leaving from Friday that Trump was elected because he promised to bring down the cost of groceries but now was talking about adding 25% to the cost of all kinds of products, including potatoes from Prince Edward Island in Atlantic Canada. “It is important to understand that Donald Trump, when he makes statements like that, he plans on carrying them out. There’s no question about it,” Trudeau said. “Our responsibility is to point out that he would not just be harming Canadians, who work so well with the United States, but he would actually be raising prices for Americans citizens as well and hurting American industry and business,” he added. The threatened tariffs could essentially blow up the North American trade pact that Trump’s team negotiated during his first term. Trudeau noted they were able to successfully renegotiate the deal, which he calls a “win win” for both countries. When Trump imposed higher tariffs as president, other countries responded with retaliatory tariffs of their own. Canada, for instance, announced billions of new duties in 2018 against the U.S. in a response to new taxes on Canadian steel and aluminum. Canada is the top export destination for 36 U.S. states. Nearly $3.6 billion Canadian (US $2.7 billion) worth of goods and services cross the border each day. About 60% of U.S. crude oil imports are from Canada, and 85% of U.S. electricity imports are from Canada. Canada is also the largest foreign supplier of steel, aluminum and uranium to the U.S. and has 34 critical minerals and metals that the Pentagon is eager for and investing in for national security. Canada is one of the most trade-dependent countries in the world, and 77% of Canada’s exports go to the U.S. ___ Gillies reported from Toronto.Follow Emirates 24|7 on

Two Super Bowl finalists squaring off in their annual battle where both teams have storied histories? You bet. Foxboro (8-3) and Mansfield (8-3) collide in Mansfield at 10 a.m. for the 93rd annual meeting between the two foes, with the Warriors holding bragging rights following a 30-17 win last year as they again play for Davenport Division rights in the Hockomock League. Both sides aren’t going to let up and play it safe for the Super Bowl next week, that’s for sure. Foxboro will go with its patented running game on Ben Angelini’s legs, while mixing in Mike Marcucella’s passing ability. The Hornets will do the same with Sean McCoy running the ball and Tommy Vallett passing. Both sides are similar in their offensive styles and their desire to be balanced while being explosive on the ground. Both defenses know exactly what they’re in for when it comes to who is on the other side of the field. Mansfield dominated the run last week, and Foxboro walked it off to earn the Warriors’ Super Bowl bid, so energy and confidence for both is the highest it has been all season. There won’t be many surprises in this good, old-fashioned rivalry with some edge to it. This will be a fun one.As the automotive world continues to push the boundaries of innovation and aesthetics, October 2024 has emerged as a showcase of some of the most stunning and forward-thinking vehicle designs. Soccer-Atletico thrash Valladolid 5-0 to provisionally move to second in LaLigaNet lease real estate investment trust (REIT) Agree Realty ( ADC 1.39% ) has a 4.1% dividend yield. That yield is a little higher than the 3.7% average for the REIT sector, but below the 5.6% you could get from buying industry leading net lease REIT Realty Income . Is Agree Realty worth the premium price for investors looking to build seven-figure portfolios? Maybe. What is a net lease REIT? A net lease requires tenants to pay most property-level operating costs. Net lease assets are usually leased to a single tenant, so any single property is high risk because it is either 100% leased or 0% leased. However, there are some easy ways to reduce the risk. The first is to have a lot of properties. Agree Realty has over 2,200 assets in its portfolio, which provides a fair amount of diversification. The second way to mitigate risk is to choose good properties. Agree starts off with a focus on retail assets. Retail properties are very similar, making them easy to buy, sell, and release if necessary. The sector is also very large, with Realty Income estimating the U.S. retail net lease market at about $1.5 trillion in size. That's an ample pond for Agree to fish in, with the REIT focused on working with strong tenants. The third way to keep risk at a minimum is to closely monitor lessees and actively manage the portfolio. In short, the goal is to bring in more strong tenants and shift away from weak ones. To this end, Agree has been selling Walgreens Boots Alliance properties while buying properties from stronger retailers, like Tractor Supply and TJX Companies . After being forced to cut its dividend when bookseller Borders went bankrupt, Agree has clearly learned a valuable long-term lesson. To be fair, Agree was a much smaller REIT back in 2011 than it is today, but taking an active approach with troubled tenants is still a good plan. One last fact that's important here is that Agree has a strong balance sheet , with an investment grade credit rating. That not only allows the REIT to issue debt at attractive prices, but it means that Agree can withstand some financial adversity before the dividend, which has now been increased annually for a decade, would likely be at risk. Why Agree Realty is worth buying All in, Agree Realty appears to have an attractive net lease business with ample room to grow. That's backed up by the fact that industry giant Realty Income owns over 15,400 properties. Which is where the long-term value offered by owning Agree Realty comes into play because it is still just a fraction of the size of Realty Income. That means that Agree can grow its business more easily because it doesn't require as much investment volume to move the needle on the top and bottom lines. This fact shows up clearly in the dividend. Over the past decade Agree's dividend has grown at a compound annual rate of roughly 6% versus about half that rate for Realty Income. That may not sound like a big difference on an absolute basis, but Agree's dividend has grown twice as fast as Realty Income's. That's a huge difference. ADC data by YCharts No wonder fast growing Agree's share price is nearly back to pre-pandemic levels while slow and steady Realty Income's stock price is still well below what it was in early 2020. That said, investors are clearly paying a premium price for Agree, noting the vastly different dividend yields. Agree is not the best option for maximizing income, it is, basically, a growth and income stock or a dividend growth stock. But the growth opportunity gives it a greater likelihood of helping turn you into a millionaire than Realty Income. Agree Realty: Steady and slightly faster Agree Realty is probably best included in a diversified portfolio for those looking to build long-term wealth. And it isn't about to mint overnight millionaires. It is still a bit of a tortoise when you compare it to, say, a hot technology stock. But it is growing faster than many of its peers and that may be worth paying a premium for, assuming your goal isn't focused on generating current income . If you are looking to add some real estate exposure to your portfolio, relatively fast-growing net lease REIT Agree Realty could be a great choice for you.

Trump won about 2.5M more votes this year than he did in 2020. This is where he did it

It seems the Ohio State Buckeyes weren’t done throwing hands even after their matchup against the Michigan Wolverines ended this Saturday. Despite facing the favored Buckeyes on the road, the Wolverines kept their win streak alive against their Big Ten rivals. The 2023 CFP champions even managed to knock Ohio State out of the B1G Championship, but it was when they went to demonstrate their territorial conquest that trouble ensued. After defeating the Buckeyes for the fourth straight year, 13-10, Michigan players attempted to plant a flag (with a bold M on it) in the middle of the field. It’s a tradition often seen in CFB games, where the winning team plants the flag to assert dominance over their opponents. Linebacker Kenneth Murray did the same to Ohio State back in 2017, much to the dismay of the fans. But this week, it wasn’t the fans who seemed upset—it was also the Buckeyes squad, who appeared furious. It started with edge rusher Derrick Moore carrying the flag to midfield, which led to some back-and-forth. Then punches were thrown, and kicks too. Both sides landed some solid jabs, with several players getting maced by the authorities. And all of this fight was broadcast on live TV — something Deion Sanders Jr. (son of Deion Sanders) seemed to appreciate. As someone who specializes in recording and sharing moments with the world, he couldn’t help but admire how the camera crew captured “the high wide angle so we can enjoy the full fight.” Another person who seemed to enjoy the fight was Vikings QB JJ McCarthy. Having won the national championship with U-M last year, he’s all too familiar with how intense things can get when the team wins. He expressed his appreciation for the celebration—and perhaps the fight—as part of the game. However, not many viewed the post-game fight as part of the game. Robert Griffin III, for example, shared a brief clip of the altercation and wrote, “No place for this in the game. EVER” Skip Bayless, too, wasn’t happy with how things transpired after the game. However, he mentioned that while planting flags isn’t his style, what the Buckeyes did (throw punches) was justified. He was rather pleased that the home team managed to snatch the flag away. According to Zach Shaw of CBS Sports , Buckeyes DE Jack Sawyer grabbed the flag from Moore’s hands, ripped it off the pole, dropped it to the ground, and stepped on it. It’s quite the image if you want to picture it.

Regional West had the honor of recognizing Breast Health Center supervisor Lanna Zulkoski, BS, R.T.(R)(M), as the facility's 2023 STAR of the Year. The STAR program at Regional West encourages employees, patients, their family members, and visitors to nominate employees who demonstrate outstanding care and customer service. The STAR of the Year is selected from the slate of quarterly STAR award winners. In the late 1990s, Zulkoski moved from central Nebraska to the panhandle to attend Regional West Medical Center's School of Radiologic Technology. She was drawn to mammography when she was doing clinical rotations, and after graduating in 2000 she joined the Breast Health Center team. A few years later she became the center's supervisor, and has served the region's mammogram, breast biopsy, and ultrasound patients for over 24 years. Zulkoski said she tries to put her patients at ease and share a laugh or hug when they need it. "I know our patients are going through a lot, but we try to make them smile if we can. I've had patients tell me, 'I never dreamed I would be laughing through my breast exam,'" she said. "Sometimes it's not a laugh; sometimes they need a big hug, and sometimes we just lend an ear. They remember that we're there for them, and it's great to have that connection with our ladies." Zulkoski's nomination echoes her dedication to the patient's journey. "Lanna went above and beyond to coordinate with scheduling, the doctor, Radiology, and Breast Health to get me into surgery quickly after my aggressive, invasive breast cancer diagnosis! From the point of discovery on my annual exam until my surgery, Lanna was amazing," her nomination read. "She stepped right in to provide me with the most wonderful care from sentinel node wire insertion (painless) to my radiology – even going above and beyond to make sure that all of my providers, including my oncologist who she had not met, were in the loop on my overall plan. Lanna is definitely a shooting star! Great, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. She stepped in and stepped up to make sure my care was top notch!" Throughout her career, Zulkoski has enjoyed getting to know her patients and feels touched when they ask for her specifically. She also enjoys working on the administrative side reviewing data to see how the Breast Health Center can improve. Regional West Director of Imaging Services Josh Lively, MHA, BS (R.T.)(R)(IV), said she is a valuable asset to the Imaging team. "I'm so very proud that I get to work with Lanna," he said. "In the nearly 20 years that I've been here, she has always demonstrated love for her profession and her patients. She sees every patient as someone who deserves the best. I have learned so much from her over the years, and I am so thankful to have her on our team." After she received the STAR of the Year award, Zulkoski said she felt honored to be selected out of many employees who deserve recognition. In the years to come, she looks forward to providing excellent breast healthcare alongside her trusted team. "This is a great facility with great people, and I feel like we're doing a really important job for our ladies in the community." THE CANADIAN PRESS/Chris Young The co-founders of two of Canada's top artificial intelligence firms say companies in the country are buzzing with excitement around the technology but turning that enthusiasm into products and tools takes too long. Cohere co-founder Nick Frosst says he has grown used to being approached by Canadian firms wanting to work with AI but they're slow to actually implement the technology. Frosst says it is hard to pinpoint where that lack of urgency comes from but he thinks part of it is embedded in Canada's culture. Nicole Janssen, the co-founder of AltaML, has had a similar experience. She says it takes 18 months for companies reaching out to her business to commit to using AI and then another 18 months to start doing something with it. She says the danger in this long lead time is that people get tired of devoting energy and resources to projects that are not immediately giving them a return on their investment and then this work falls to the wayside.
